Filament BOM & quote builder

Turn slicer output into a quote that covers the whole job: filament, waste, machine hours, failures, hardware, packaging, labour, platform fees and margin — with the formula printed next to every line.

Estimate, not a binding quote · Runs entirely in this browser · No upload

01 · Slicer import

Supported: Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer plate CSV, PrusaSlicer statistics CSV, or pasted TSV/CSV as name, grams, minutes. Cura, Simplify3D, ideaMaker and Slic3r exports are not supported — paste TSV instead.

Read locally with the File API. Nothing is uploaded.
One part per line. Header optional for TSV; the parser reports what it mapped and skipped.

02 · Parts per one product

Grams and minutes are per single printed part. Quantity is how many of that part go into one product.

Partg eachmin eachQtySpoolRemove

03 · Hardware and packaging

Bought-in items per product: inserts, screws, bags, cartons, tape.

LineKindUnit $QtyRemove

04 · Spool shelf

Track what is left on each spool. The quote checks the order against remaining grams and prices the next spool.

05 · Cost engine

Every rate is yours. The defaults are labelled examples, not market data.

Cost assumptions
Purge, brim, failed first layers. Applied to grams.
Percent of filament + machine cost, for prints that fail.
Depreciation, power, maintenance per printer hour.
Your time: setup, finishing, packing.
Minutes of hands-on work per product.
Marketplace or payment fee, percent of sale price.
Margin on net revenue after the platform fee.
Used for parts with no spool assigned.
Units in this quote. Drives the spool check and order total.

06 · Quote details

These lines print on the quote document.

Quote details
Working days from order to dispatch.
Validity date printed on the quote.

Quote results

Unit cost—Material, machine, bought-in, buffer, labour

Filament / product—Including waste allowance
Print time / product—Sum of part times

Cost breakdown Formula shown

Cost lines with the formula used for each
LineFormulaPer unit

price = cost ÷ ((1 − fee%) × (1 − margin%))

Spool check At order quantity

Grams needed per spool compared with remaining grams
SpoolNeededLeftStatus

Shortfalls are priced at the spool's own $/kg. The next-spool cost is not added to unit cost automatically.

Price breaks 10 / 50 / 250

Unit price, revenue, profit and margin at each quantity, using the discounts you set
QtyDisc %UnitOrderProfitMargin

Discounts cut the unit price; cost per unit does not fall by itself. Margin is profit ÷ net revenue after the platform fee.

Estimate, not a binding quote. Amounts depend on the rates you enter; verify spool prices, machine costs and fees before sending anything to a customer.
