What to include
- The tool name and page URL.
- The inputs you used, or a share link from the calculator.
- The result you saw and the result you expected.
- For accessibility issues: browser, assistive technology, and the step that failed.
What not to send
Do not send bank statements, tax returns, loan applications, identity documents or any other personal financial records. UtilityLab does not need them, cannot store them securely, and will delete them unread.
Tool requests: describe the decision the tool should support and the formula you believe is correct. A tool is added only when its math can be documented and tested.
